Payment Due Dates

​

Tuition Payments

Monthly payments are due on the 1st of the month, September-June (10 payments). A late fee of $10 will be assessed if payment is not received by the 10th of the month.

​

Fees

  • $25 per-family registration fee; due upon registration

  • $65 costume fee ($75 for Ballet 3-5), due December 1

  • $50 performance fee, due March 1

All fees are non-refundable

  • August 28: Snow Queen audition for Advanced/Ages 14+

  • September 6: Snow Queen auditions for Beginning and Intermediate/ages 6+

  • September 8: Fall term begins

  • October 13-17: Observation Week (Elementary Program and Ballet 1)

  • October 20-24: Conferences

  • October 27-November 1: Costume Week

  • November 26-29: Thanksgiving/fall break; no classes

  • December 1-6: Observation Week (all classes)

  • December 15-20: Costume Week

  • December 21-January 3: Christmas/winter break; no classes

  • December 29-January 2: select rehearsals for The Snow Queen

  • January 5: Spring term begins

  • January 5-8: In-studio rehearsals for The Snow Queen

  • January 8-9: Tech and Dress rehearsals for The Snow Queen

  • January 10: The Snow Queen performance

  • January 26-30: Observation Week (Elementary Program and Ballet 1)

  • January 31: Open enrollment closes

  • February 9-14: Costume Week

  • March 9-14: Observation Week (all classes)

  • March 16-20: Conferences

  • March 30-April 4: Costume Week

  • April 6-11: Spring break; no classes

  • April 27-May 1: Observation Week (Elementary Program and Ballet 1)

  • TBD: In-studio pictures 

  • June TBD: Rehearsal period for Summer Concert

  • June TBD: Tech and Dress rehearsals for Summer Concert

  • June TBD: Summer Concert

Note on Holidays

 

The Academy of Dance will not close for Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples' Day, Veterans Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day or Presidents Day, although we will be closed for Memorial Day. Students are encouraged to come to class on these days.

​

The Academy of Dance does not close on CVSD teacher in-service days, pre-scheduled snow days, or half days.

​

If the student is unable to attend on one of these days, contact the office to schedule a make-up class.

​

Halloween 2025 Note: Ballet 2B and Boys Class will not meet on Halloween, but all other classes will meet as scheduled. Students in the canceled classes may come to a make-up class.
